Temitope Onitiri

As an Audit and Assurance Partner with over twenty years at one of the Big Four professional services firms, Temitope Onitiri has led multi-functional teams across diverse sectors, to achieve regulatory excellence and performance transparency. As the former Head of Corporate Responsibility at KPMG, she pioneered community-focused initiatives that deepened social impact through strategic partnerships.

Currently, as Managing Partner of Candor Professionals, Temitope advises boards and senior executives on ESG integration and sustainable growth. She also leads the non-profit Professional Lending A Hand (PLAH), focused on social innovation and venture philanthropy. As a recognized thought leader, she hosts the Truth to Impact Podcast, discussing critical socio-economic and governance issues. Temitope holds an Executive MBA from the University of Oxford and multiple professional accounting fellowships (FCCA, ACMA, CGMA), and is known for connecting strategic foresight with practical execution.
