About Temitope

Temitope spent over two decades at KPMG, rising to Audit and Assurance Partner and working with boards and senior executives across some of Africa’s leading businesses. Her experience spans complex multinational organisations and industries including consumer/industrial markets, manufacturing, infrastructure, telecommunications and energy. She has led cross-border teams and advised organisations through growth, transformation, capital transactions and regulatory change, developing a deep understanding of how governance, leadership and institutional strength shape long-term performance.

Her experience also extends beyond the corporate world. As former Head of Corporate Responsibility at KPMG Nigeria, she led social impact initiatives and partnerships, bringing her closer to the challenges facing communities and the organisations working to solve them. Today, she is Managing Partner of Candor Professional Services and Founder and CEO of Professionals Lending A Hand (P-LAH), where she is building new approaches to strengthening the organisations driving Africa’s social and economic progress. Through Truth to Impact, she also convenes conversations with leaders and changemakers on business, governance, sustainability and the issues shaping society.

Temitope holds an Executive MBA from the University of Oxford’s Saïd Business School and professional qualifications including FCCA, ACMA and CGMA. Drawing on her experience across business and impact, she is increasingly focused on the role of strong organisations, effective institutions and responsible leadership in driving sustainable growth. Her ambition is to contribute to the ideas, institutions and decisions that will shape Africa’s future and enable its people, businesses and economies to prosper.
